Instagram is part of Facebook Company. Facebook Marketing, Instagram Shopping, Facebook Page Shops, Marketplace Stores and Live Shopping are it sales channel and uses a single product catalog.
The integration with Instagram will be easier if your Facebook integration process is finished and approved. Check here the Facebook Integration Guide.
Remember you must have a plus plan account on olist shops to integrate with Facebook. To subscribe, launch your shops app > settings > account options and activate your plus plan
If you want to integrate your olist shops store with Instagram, you have to switch your personal profile to a business account.
It’s easy! Follow the steps and your Instagram account will be ready to continue the integration setup.
Go to your profile on Instagram, tap on the menu and choose Settings
2. Tap Switch to Professional Account and select your Category.
Your Instagram account is ready!
