7. Sync your olist shops store

Once the Commerce Manager is approved and all the requirements are met, open olist shops and click on Integrations and Sales Channels

The product’s synchronization can take up to 2 hours. While your data is being loaded, feel free to use your mobile phone.

After the entire integration process is finished, if your Facebook store still doesn't appear, open your brand's Facebook Page, click on Business Application in the Manage Page menu. Select Manage App Connection or search for olist shops in the list of eCommerce apps.

You will be redirected to the Connection Settings page. Search for Page Shop and click Add.

Add the Plugin and your store will be available on Facebook!

After Facebook and olist shops integration, all changes must be made in the olist shops app (registering new products, editing descriptions, new photos, deleting items, etc). The app updates automatically all the catalogs and stores on Facebook and Instagram.
